The Esri World Imagery (available in the background settings) will show a more up to date picture of the area. There you can clearly see your new building is not what is on the ground. If you meant to map that feature as residential area the tag would be landuse=residential not building=house.

You can also see that the water tower is still there so I've reinstated it.

Hi, an amenity=park can also be a landuse=recreation_ground at the same time. So both tags are appropriate.

Hi, Regarding Way: Bacton Middle School (190094151) according to Ofsted the school is closed, please see https://reports.ofsted.gov.uk/provider/23/124816 . This is stated in the tag 'former:amenity=school' on the school grounds outline.

Do you know that the school has reopened and kept the former name? If not then the changes ought be reversed.

I made a few alterations to your mapping in order to suit OSM practice.
Redrew Way: St George (539228245) and expanded the abbreviation.
Removed the ford from Way: Westhorpe Road (39765644) and added a bridge.
Removed the ford from Way: Wyverstone Road (39765641) and added a bridge.
Removed the POI Node: Wyverstone Playground (6593636928) as info was duplicated on the playground outline.

Is there really a ford on Way: 688675955 or is the stream culverted under the drive? There might be a ford or bridge where the adjacent footpath crosses the ditch.

The fact that you've mapped a traffic mirror on the highway suggests that it is at least a track for vehicles. More than a footpath which is meant to show pedestrian use only.

The Maxar imagery shows more detail and is of a later date than the Bing imagery you used/looked at. It looks like both highways are used by vehicles.

Lastly the highway ought to be joined to Iloilo East Coast Road, then it could be used by routers (Sat Nav).

There are quite a few problems with the features you've mapped to OSM.

For a lot of the buildings areas tagged as building=house you've tagged many of the individual nodes also as building=house. These nodes need no tagging at all. So those tags should be removed.

The houses on Melville Road are mostly semi detached houses. There is a terrace of six or eight houses to the SE end. You have tagged your buildings as building=house, if there is more than one house the tag should be building=residential, (or draw the terraced and semis properly joined at the party walls). These buildings ought be amended/corrected.

Rosebery Road has similar problems, it consists of several long terraces. There are no detached houses as you have shown. Again individual nodes are tagged.

Most of the other houses you drew have the same problems. If you need any help please just ask.

Hi, proper names should have a capital initial letter for each word, thus Student affairs building should be Student Affairs Building.
