Local residents I spoke with on 21 AUG 2024 in Barangay Magsaysay, Dauin, Philippines who reside near the Magsaysay Barangay Hall refer to this waterway as the Lipayo river.

The big gates are nearly always locked so all public access is via the southernmost gate with the guard house.

Visited a home on Lilac Street and noticed street signs on the corner of Rebecca Street and Lilac Street, as well as at the intersection of Rebecca Street and Orchid Avenue. Note: There are 2 separate roads named Orchid: Orchid Street and Orchid Avenue.

I personally walked this street this evening (27 FEB 2024) and confirmed at the intersection of this street with Saint Michael that the local street sign clearly said "ST FRANCIS"

This street shows as Saint Francis on other mapping systems. Friends I know live on this street and they say their address is on Saint Francis in Don Bosco Village. (There is another Saint Francis in the Moonwalk area too.)

Updating Quiruno Ave gate to add locked status. This gate is usually locked, even for public events at the church.

Adding missing main parking lot entrance. This gated entrance is open whenever the church has public events.

According to the sign on this building (seen when I went past it) this is the Halang Health Center, One Cainta (I think that means this is Zone 1 Sitio Halang, Barangay San Isidro, Cainta)
