Added footpaths and marked a retail area

Just noticed I accidentally put Pequeno Park in the wrong place, so I moved it.

Pequeno Park wasn't on the map, so I added it. The park was also shown as having two pools, which it doesn't (unless a playground counts as a pool), so I removed them. Added names for two lakes too.
