I saw a changelog that indicates no more left turns from Via Veteranos to Veteran's Memorial Hwy, but are left turns from Veteran's Memorial Hwy to Via Veteranos still allowed? Was trying to clean up turn restrictions and there's a broken one here, but wanted to make sure that the correct restrictions are reflected. The "barrier" and the disconnected Via Veteranos is sufficient to completely remove all turn restrictions from this intersection as all left turns are now disallowed implicitly.

Local knowledge needed: There is a broken no left turn restriction here but unsure if it was meant for the parking street (which would be unneeded due to one way) or the Columbia-South St Francis intersection as the turn restriction ways go through the parking lot?
