The area around the Basin is signed as a "Bike Walk Zone" -- the intention appears to be to require cyclists to dismount given https://www.cannonmt.com/things-to-do/activities/recreation-path . Just because nobody does it doesn't mean it's not signed that way.

From an OSM perspective, the only thing that the yellow sign implies is that the city has not accepted maintenance of the road, which is why the city lists them as private in their maps. access=permissive would fit most private roads that don't have signage implying access=private.

Current Bing and Esri World Imagery appear to show the lake at the normal level. I can't find any news stories about it actually being fixed though, and https://www.nhstateparks.org/find-parks-trails/northwood-meadows-state-park still has a notice about the dam. Do you know anything more about it?

These segments should not be marked toll=yes because they can be accessed without paying the toll. toll=*

Are you sure these roads are `access=private`? It seems odd for a road to a supermarket. Note that roads that are privately owned aren't necessarily `access=private`. Only roads with signs like "residents only" or "no trespassing" should be tagged `access=private`. Roads that are simply marked with "PVT" or "Private" on the street sign should be tagged `ownership=private` and not `access=private`.

I moved the Liar's Bench POI to a node. Based on https://zenstoneworks.com/ (and the "We are moving February 2023" sign in the window that I missed the first time around https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=122405840764197 ), it looks like Zenstoneworks moved to North Hampton so I just removed that POI entirely.

Is way/1183436148 still under construction?

The steps are granite blocks. https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=765172315255609

I don't think any of those values quite match, but sett is probably closest.

I restored a segment of the Freight Main Line you deleted in changeset/133691110.

There is only one movable segment of the Sarah Mildred Long bridge, the tracks go down the middle of the road segment. The movable span lowers to the rail level when a train has to pass.

Yup, fixed.

Are you sure way/796557692 is in the right place? It seems like it's inside the fence, and I don't really see a path there.

Construction on the Pawtucket Street bridge is most certainly not completed. There is no sidewalk on the southeastern side, just the supports where it will be. The roadway on either side is also under construction.

Tagging the westbound side of VFW as foot=yes is not correct. Even if there was no sidewalk on the other side, it would be better to leave it without a foot tag when there is no sidewalk. Because of the sidewalk on the other side, Lowell Code of Ordinances Part II Article XII ยง 266-138 C. likely applies and pedestrians are prohibited from walking along the road.
