infrastructure, pois, airport, campground etc here are temporary for use once a year. ways should be tagged with 'access:conditional' with the dates of access via osm.wiki/Conditional_restrictions and pois with date and time access via: opening_hours=* to better and more accurately reflect ground conditions throughout the year

watch out burners, this camping area is not up to date and thus at risk for deletion. There's a tag with year 2023 and the 2023 version of BRC has been long gone.

2024 city streets need to be realigned. Most are close, though the radials near 3:00 and 9:00 are a bit off.
