Added multiple Apartment buildings and named and modified 5th main to have few more vertices (smoother)

Added multiple Apartment buildins, Mosque and two temples.

Set the polygon type to Park (missed in an earlier changeset). Tweaked the polygon to remove acute angle at low zoom.

Added: Park, GINSERV complex, BESCOM electrical substation, And small walkway between 10thcross and 9th cross.

Added point features: Kaayal Restaurant, ICICI Bank ATM, Buildings: Cambridge school and Miranda School, Modified BDA Park to have fewer vertices. Tweaked road nodes near Mirnda school and BDA park.

Changes: 1. Modified Fuel station name, 2. Added Reuters building boundary. 3. Added road that extends eastward from 9thcross and Kodihalli main road. 4. Changed name to "6th cross" (seen on addresses of buildings on the road). 5. Added two small segments
