minor corrections to crossovers

The section of rail between the mainline and the eastern flyover has been removed a few weeks ago.

Update / fix various parts of the railway through town. The old bridge across the Wisła is still in use, the new one isn't yet. Just north of that the old lines are connected to the new eastern line, and the embankment north of midowa has been demolished.

Update railway status based on a site visit this week. From the Katowicka underpass, I can see that the north three tracks are open, the 4th has no ballast (so construction) and the electrification wires indicate the southern two are also closed.
