Delete the defunct and incomplete Charlton Services 94 route. Not to be confused with the Thames Travel 94 and 94A routes that still exist around Didcot.

Bus S2: convert to a pair of PTv2 rels, and roughly chop out the bit it no longer visits. Append the Western leg of the old 853 route to it, and delete the now-defunct 853 route relation. See https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/4867936 for what's going on.
