Second thoughts. BVR and WR don't really support tagging as tertiary: narrow (bus routes 1-way only), don't connect Barton centre.

Remove bus stops that aren't there any more physically. A short OTG survey confirms what bustimes.org says.

Distributors through the JR and Northway are tertiary. Either bidirectional through bus routes, or obvious car routes to the A40 linking secndaries from residential centres.

More major roads within the hospital are at least unclassified (some might be tertiary too, even). They're wide, busy, important, and get a lot of through buses and visiting motor traffic.

JR: top access road widths; Osler Road too. Quite busy bus roads. They're all more than service roads, and might me more than residential/unclassified too.

Wayneflete road as tertiary too, mostly for bus loop reasons, but school and leisure centre too

Mark roads as tertiary. BFR is a definite modern distributor road for Barton (see the Barton Area Action Plan 2012). UC, FR, and SR are older and less good, but are busy roads and meet the "join local centres" criterion.
