The apartments in these 4 apartment buildings (Hawk, Peacock, Comma, Gatekeeper) have street-level numbers, so the apartment building names probably shouldn't appear in the addresses even as an addr:substreet.

Update some addresses. OX33 postcodes have Oxford as the Post Town.
