Bus stop additions and updates. Tried to get the locations right with Bing and OSM data, but please check. Note that "Henry Floyd School" (adj) was incorrectly labelled "Aylesbury College" (adj), which is a separate stop on the main road

Update stops around the bus station (https://osm-naptan.andrewtrevena.co.uk/bus-stops/south-east/buckinghamshire if you want to help update other stale stops). Like Oxford, it's the individual bays that feature in routes, and I'll be working on the X20.

Bus X20: begin conversion to PTv2. These are *very* rough skeletons of the route, based on the previous v1 relation, and they will need extensive fixing (later today...)
