Why did you added an isolated road?
Is it an import? From what source?

Have you discussed this import?
Why do you use a hacked account?
Why are you doig this? Whats in it for you or do you work for someone?

Why do you do this? Using a hacked account and adding a lot of small roads in Sweden?

You are most probably using a hacked OSM account. Do you have any more information about that?

How come you add souch an extremely high amounts of road in Sweden?
Are you involved in a project of some kind? Area importing the roads or use some automatic process?

Tyvärr minns jag inte detta.
Har för mig att man inte får åka in på den västra infarten. Och då vore det rimligt att resten också var enkelriktat åt det hållet. Men har du möjlighet att kontrollera är det bättre än att chansa.

Det låter som ett bra förslag.

Även om jag aldrig hört annat än just Masugnsholmen nämnas i skrift så behöver det ju inte vara rätt. Borlänge kommun envisas t.ex. med att kalla Lustbäcken för Lusbäcken av någon anledning. :)

Testa googla Masugnsholmen så så får du fler träffar.
Jag har aldrig sett någon annan benämning än Masugnsholmen (har även vart där några gånger, men det säkert 5 år sedan nu).
Men "on the ground" är ju en bra regel OSM har, så är du säker att det inte bara gällde namn på ett kvarter/hyreshus eller liknande så kör Masugnsholmen som alt_name.

Är du säker på namnbytet?
Masugnsholmen anges på LM Topo och söker man på de två olika namnen får man massvis med träffar på Masugnsholmen, men inte på Masugnsön.

Sen en kommentar om access=no. Det innebär att man inte får vara där, ens till fot. Vehicle, motor_vehicle, car eller något annat är nog rimligare att använda.
