Franklin House is Boise's first Bed and Beer is located in Boise's North End. The house was originally built in 1896 as one of Boise's first Ice Houses where locals could purchase ice during the hot summer months.

All guests must be 21+ to stay at Franklin House. The beer garden, located in the back of the house is aptly named the "Backyard".
