Marking Battery Rathbone/McIndoe as a historic fort (to match the rest of the area and to make it shown as a building on GPS maps; it was marked as historic site). Adjusting the rotation of the Fort Barry balloon hangar.

Resolving a fixme: This path still exists, but is failrly overgrpwn, to the extent that it is nearly unpassable. I'm marking it as "access: no" to avoid GPS routing through there, and see how things go - if it completely disappears, it should be removed.

Removing an unnoficial path (it is now fenced off and completely overgrown). Also, removing an extension of the trail (also unofficial) that is now impassable.
