Details around new college. Benches, paths, bicycle racks,etc. Info obtained via survey with OsmAnd. Road is now fully open and bus shelters almost complete. Will ad bus route when that starts again

Changed construction area to university grounds as construction is mostly finished. Road is still closed to buses but probably won't be for much longer. Will do a survey if I get a chance
