Can you verify that admin_level should be 5 since it is updated to a city, but this area is still under relation/6555245.

Do you think Miyan Joleg County should remain admin_level=6 even if it is updated to a city? If not, can you fix the boundaries so they do not overlap, and add admin_level=6 missing ones?

Sorry, there were a lot of broken boundaries to fix and I did that one by mistake. It was unintentional. I have corrected it back to IBGE:GEOCODIGO.
