Please, don't trust on the iD warning. The tunnel was mapped as layer=-5 and the path run on the surface.
I uggest you to switch to a more efficent editor, like JOSM

Trovo molto strano che un edificio commerciale di due piani possa avere un'altezza di soli 5 metri, quando per legge gli edifici commerciali devono avere un'altezza minima di 2,7 o 3 metri (e parlo dell'altezza interna).
