In my view this "trail" should no be on the map as it is not an actual trail and as the name states, it is merely a "route". I've been to this area and there is no well trodden trail there, in fact it would be very difficult to find anything that looks like a trail there. It also is not on the Yosemite National Park maps.

tags indicate this road has surface=asphalt, which seems to contradict highway=track. Maybe highway=service should be used instead?
