It looks like this logging road should connect with the ones under the powerlines.

This is tagged as waterway=canal and source=NRCan-CanVec-10.0. Nothing is visible in the good quality Mapbox imagery of the area, and canal does not make sense contextually. Maybe it is marking a drainage ditch?
