The whole red light district has roads with bollards (barriers) that are closed at night; I don't know how to map this due to it kind of being an area-wide thing. It's inaccessible except to residents and taxis; stays accessible to bikes.

I'm not 100% clear on the times (can check those out if needed). Area is roughly the OZ achterburgwal, voorburgwal, and zeedijk from the 'damstraatjes' up until the damstraatjes (damstraat, oude doelenstraat, etc).

How should this be mapped?
