The main function is that of rehearsal spaces, which fits in the Community Centre category. They spell their own name with lowercase letters, in contravention of German spelling rules. The Schöneweide branch exists on OSM with the lowercase spelling. While the official name is 'theaterhaus berlin', they now have two branches. On their website they distinguish between them with the 'mitte' and 'schöneweide' suffixes (see the headings, i.e. their logo followed by 'mitte' and 'schöneweide', respectively), hence the addition to the name. The Neue Jakobstraße address is the postal address. For navigation instructions the Wallstraße address should be used, as per their website (Anfahrt/How to find us), hence the update."
