ID says that without healthcare=pharmacy the tags are incomplete. But the wiki says that this tag is rejected, so I'm removing it.

Reverted my decision to put an apostrophe in the name. I have now seen an old sign nearby saying "St. Annes Terrace" (no apostrophe).
