No apostrophe in "Friars Walk" according to local signage.

After my Changeset 83671552 which corrected a Kaart error for this part of Friars Walk (there is one traffic lane and a parking lane, not two traffic lanes), here I add some parking information so that users won't think it's free.

Corrected a #KAART edit that said West Street has two lanes. There is one, with a slip-lane into the car park which is not currently mapped in OSM.

Improved tagging of Friars Walk

Changed a FIXME to a note: it's worth knowing but not something that needs to be fixed in OSM.

Fixed that the sidewalk of Nevill Crescent, and the three footways into the field, formed a "floating island" by making the sidewalk a tag of the road, and extending the footways to connect to it, respecting the original mapping as much as possible.
