There aren't many shops mapped in this retail park. A ground survey to fill in a few more would be useful. #surveyme

- Doesn't correspond to definitive crown copyright map displayed by council. Road is shaded khaki/light brown, which means Private or Unadopted.
- There is no known speed limit here.
- Of what is left of the road markings, the lane parametres don't extend as far as shown here.
- The road surface is a mixture of cobbles, concrete, gravel and dirt and hasn't been maintained for a number of years.
- There are multiple properties with double basement and garage doors opening out onto this road.
- There is a cobbled strip of private residential parking to the right hand side of the lane (when looking from entrance).
- Multiple properties have parking enforcement in operation.
- There is a large communal bin area at the end for the flats and nearby residents, also suggesting the road is at least in part, private.
- Whether by car or on foot, the road provides access only to the back doors of residential properties and businesses, and is not used for any other reason. You cannot exit the road on foot from anywhere else but the entrance.

May be footway (permissive?) behind pub, but needs ground survey

From old personal knowledge, the footpath used to be on the landward side of the sea wall which ran to a little west of the yacht club. Seems odd to show it on the tidal side of the wall.

Should this be a basin tagged intermittent=yes? I think it's part of a flood defence system.
