After the hospital was finished, are the construction shacks gone? Is this a parking lot now?

There has been no obvious construction here since the restaurant was torn down and the pavement-to-parks park was "temporarily" destroyed years ago. Maybe reclassify as brownfield?

Passed by yesterday, construction looks complete and the Daggett Street park is open .
