bevor du mit dem Mapping weitermachst, solltest du estmal ins Wiki schauen.
osm.wiki/Willkommen_bei_OpenStreetMap & osm.wiki/DE:Map_Features

Insbesondere was in OSM Namen sind:
osm.wiki/DE:Namen#name_ist_nur_der_Name
und die Seite "Lifecycle prefix" osm.wiki/DE:Lifecycle_prefix

The tag:amenity=ferry_terminal should used only at the location where the ferry route starts. amenity=ferry_terminal

I would use parking for the vehicle waiting area and service roads - a good example is Dover: osm.org/#map=17/51.12530/1.33411

I would expect you can see yourself only when you reload the mapping area after your upload.
On the other side I see hotosm.org responsible to organise projects/tasks between the users.
