Here is the same issue.
1. shop=yes with building way/784834046
2. shop=supermarket on node node/8407983051
3. Minerva Gift shop=supermarket is wrong - use name key name=*

One is enough.
Either you use the building way/905398045 or the Point node/8408075220 the define "Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit"

For DS road way/905404902 the highway keay is missing highway=*
