Piero was the "surname" of a bar and tobacco shop where you could also bet (Snai) .
The real name is now "Sunny bar"

This street is called "Via Calepio Traversa I".
At the marked position, they now added a no thoroughfare sign.
You can drive from Via Fossadelli to the marked position just as fine (even though it's not advisable cause there's no space for 2 cars).
Everyone just gets in from Via Per Calepio and exits at Via Fossadelli.
