Manzanita Way: It seems that only the eastern part of this road still exists as an access road to the houses along the road, and that there is no connection to Ponderosa Way anymore.

Manzanita Way: Does this road still exist? I cannot remember that it was there. And it is non-existent on Google Maps satellite data. It seems that only the easternmost part exists as an access road from Wagner Road to that one house that this road goes through.
