Thanks for providing that link. Unfortunately I couldn't quite find consensus on that page, and also couldn't see a hard and fast rule.
You were correct about this classification being dependent on the highest highway class connecting - however tagging should also reflect the auxiliary nature of this roundabout. I think _link tagging here is more appropriate given traffic flows

hi, not sure I follow your logic as to why this isn't a link? the roundabout itself was primarily designed to carry traffic NE-SW; as well as flow in traffic on on the WtoSE primary road

would been good if you could do an overpass sweep and retag so it only applies to motor vehicles

с переходами немного запутанно, но marked это не совсем верное значение - поправил на uncontrolled.
также указания для вело, лошадей и прочего - это легальный доступ, а не то, что там физически пройдет или нет. то есть тут разве что можно bicycle=dismount

доброго. на счет седьмого у меня претензий нет, только 1 и 1А хотелось бы увидеть что то более надежное, чем ссылку на кадастр (я допускаю, что текущие номера домов могут быть ошибочны)

к сожалению, кадастровая карта не подходит как источник в осм (так же, как гугл, яндекс, и другие источники без свободной лицензии).
пока НКА не дает доступа к данным, могу посоветовать смотреть открытые данные (такие как законопроекты, или сайт организаций по адресу, который вы хотите уточнить).
плюс, в кадастре часто бывают ошибки
