Various small edits and updated the 17th Avenue interchange to reflect current construction progress- as the new road alignment is being shifted within 12 hours.

quick fixes to some of my previous edits. Deleted temporary ramp, fixed roundabout direction, smoothed out exit ramp geometry

more work done on this Interchange area, added highway lane based on sateillite imagery (bridge construction), realigned highway lanes based on updated progress, referenced photos from the WCRR site.
