Footway area or a playground?

I'm not sure about this footway. Can anybody please confirm with a on-the-ground survey?

Is this an entrance? Can it be used just by pedestrians?

This crossing/roads are a bit more complex and might need further mapping of local mappers

Had this become a construction area, or a new residential area?

Is here some kind of monument or similar?

This crossing had been redesigned and is now a big turnaround with an inner pedestrian area
